White House signals Trump is weighing new strikes on Iran

The White House has indicated that President Donald Trump is considering new military strikes on Iran. This comes after Iran allegedly breached a truce agreement, attacked commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz, and killed American soldiers. The U.S. administration, through press secretary Karoline Leavitt, stated that Iran must comply with terms and cease its 'terrorist behaviour.' President Trump also signalled that U.S. military action would continue. Separately, Hamas confirmed it would disarm, a potential step towards ending the conflict in Gaza.
