FM Sitharaman lands in U.S. for six-day visit for G-20 talks and meeting with business leaders

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman undertook a six-day visit to the U.S. following a three-day trip to Canada. Her agenda included participating in the G20 Finance Ministers’ meeting, holding discussions with CEOs and business leaders to attract investment, and engaging with the Indian diaspora. Key focus areas were India's investment opportunities, economic outlook, strengthening business and investment partnerships with the U.S. and Canada, and contributing to global economic and financial issues at the G20 forum. She also visited the Polsky Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation to discuss India's startup ecosystem and attended a bell-ringing ceremony at NASDAQ.
