Spanish PM blames Russia, Israel for disinformation in Ceuta migrant crisis

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez accused Russia and Israel of spreading disinformation on social media, which he claims fueled an unprecedented influx of migrants into Ceuta from Morocco. He stated that the EU's diplomatic service (EEAS) research indicated Russian and Israeli networks, possibly with far-right groups, used the crisis to criticize Spain's stance on the Ukraine and Gaza wars. Sanchez denied Moroccan involvement in the disinformation. The crisis led to protests in Ceuta and Spain's announcement of emergency funds for the enclave.
