FM Nirmala Sitharaman meets Nepalese counterpart Wagle, discusses flood recovery

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met her Nepalese counterpart Swarnim Wagle in New Delhi to discuss the impact of recent flash floods in Nepal, reconstruction priorities, and India's continued support. They also focused on strengthening bilateral economic ties, enhancing connectivity for trade, investments, and people-to-people exchanges. India has approved expedited export of electricity to flood-hit Nepal, underscoring ongoing economic cooperation and development assistance.
