Despite numerous constitutional safeguards and welfare schemes, the effective implementation of policies for Scheduled Tribes often faces significant challenges, leading to persistent disparities in education, health, and employment. These challenges include administrative inefficiencies, lack of adequate infrastructure, and delays in fulfilling statutory mandates.
