​Manufacturing justice: On the top court, AI use observations

It has directed the Bar Council of India to formulate strict norms and disciplinary actions for lawyers citing unverified AI material, and the draft 'Regulations for Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Courts, 2026' prohibits AI in core judicial functions like adjudication or sentencing.
